Returns and Exchanges

You may return/exchange any item (unless otherwise stated) within 14 days of receipt for an exchange/credit note or refund. All items must be unused and in original condition with the tags attached accompanied by a receipt.

Sale items may not be returned or exchanged, all sales of discounted items are final and this includes any items purchased under a promotional code. The item being refunded will be refunded by the original form of payment.

Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item is deemed as faulty.

If you want to exchange an item please let us know by phone or email as soon as possible so we can have the alternative size reserved for you.

Please note: Any items that are purchased online that you wish to return/exchange/refund for change of mind will be processed within 5 working days from receipt of goods.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or does not correspond with the item presented on our website you may return it.

Please contact us as soon as you notice the fault.

Once we receive the item we will repair, replace or refund the item within 10 working days of receipt.

If the item is faulty we will refund to you the costs of returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item.

Sale Items

How do I return/exchange something

If you wish to exchange or return an item you can ship the item back to us. Please download the returns/exchange form here. Please ensure you return the item within 14 days of receipt for any change of mind exchange/return. Please ensure the goods are unused in original condition/packaging, tags attached and accompanied with a receipt for any change of mind/return. Kim Christina will not be held accountable for any packages we do not ship ourselves; the customer must pay for shipping costs. Please email us to let us know you will be exchanging the item at info@kim-christina.co.nz

This will be processed as soon as possible; we will call you to inform you we have received your item.

Any exchange/return for change of mind will be processed within 5 working days.

Any faulty items being returned will be processed within 10 working days.
